The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HR records, administering payroll, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing HRIS, and supporting HR management activities. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate a coherent and efficient HR environment. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the education or healthcare industry is a plus
