Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Post job openings on job portals and social media Screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews Handle onboarding process and documentation of new employees Maintain and update employee records Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor daily attendance and leave records Assist in payroll preparation and data entry (in coordination with accounts) Employee Engagement Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities Support in creating a positive work culture and environment Compliance & Documentation Maintain employee personal files and HR records Assist with compliance tasks like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc. Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements HR Policies & Communication Communicate HR policies and ensure they are followed Act as a point of contact between management and staff for HR-related queries Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Time management and organizational skills Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR software/tools Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred) 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
