Document Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to manage and translate client requirements into clear, actionable documents for our carved furniture projects. The ideal candidate will liaise between clients and our design/manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customized furniture solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client interviews to gather detailed requirements. Create comprehensive requirement documents, including specifications and design briefs. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Maintain organized records of all client communications and project documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all documentation processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience in furniture design or manufacturing is a plus.
