Job Title: HubSpot Developer (Email & Website Design)

Role:
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to support our marketing and web teams in executing high-quality, custom design work for email templates, landing pages, and website components within the HubSpot CMS. This role requires both strong front-end development capabilities and hands-on experience working within HubSpot's ecosystem to build pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom HubSpot email templates and landing pages using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Build, maintain, and enhance HubSpot CMS website modules and themes
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to turn mockups into high-performing digital assets
• Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization best practices within HubSpot
• Troubleshoot technical issues in HubSpot workflows, forms, templates, or design modules
• Manage version control and ensure clean, reusable code
• Provide technical guidance on HubSpot CMS capabilities and limitations

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with HubSpot CMS, including HubL templating language
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience designing and building responsive emails and landing pages in HubSpot
• Familiarity with HubSpot Design Tools, Drag & Drop modules, and custom coded modules
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, including accessibility and deliverability
• Knowledge of SEO basics and page speed optimization
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools (for turning UI mockups into code)
• Version control using Git or similar tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, or HubSpot Workflows
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and concepts
• Understanding of GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
• Experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,399.59 - ₹57,154.61 per month
