Job Description

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain mobile-responsive websites using
HubSpot CMS
and
Marketing Hub
.
Ensure
WCAG 2.0 Level AA
accessibility compliance across all pages and templates.
Create branded emails, automation workflows, and integrate tools like
GA4
,
GTM
, and
Google Ads
.
Collaborate with global UX and marketing teams.
Support content migration, QA, documentation, and stakeholder training.

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of HubSpot CMS development experience
Proficiency in
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL
Strong understanding of
AODA/WCAG accessibility
Marketing Hub experience email templates, workflows, automation
Integration experience with analytics and REST APIs
Good understanding of
SEO
and
CRM
tools
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

HubSpot certifications
(CMS, Marketing Hub)
Familiarity with
GitHub Copilot
,
Python
, modern JS frameworks
Agile development experience

Work Hours:

Hybrid (Salt Lake Sector V or Bangalore office)
First 3 months: availability until
9:30 PM IST
Later: flexible hours with some evening overlap for North American collaboration
