Job Description

Managing Daily Operations: Ensuring the hub operates smoothly, efficiently utilizing resources, and meeting customer expectations. Last Mile Delivery Oversight: Supervising the entire last mile delivery process, from order processing to delivery confirmation. Supply Chain Coordination: Integrating with other parts of the supply chain to ensure seamless flow of goods. Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and optimizing storage capacity. Route Planning and Optimization: Planning efficient delivery routes for both B2B and B2C orders. Rider/Delivery Executive Management: Managing delivery personnel, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Cost Optimization: Implementing strategies to reduce operational costs without compromising service quality. Customer Satisfaction: Working to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction with the delivery process. Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe and secure working environment within the hub. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on hub performance and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
