Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Operations Manager located in Pune. The HR & Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business goals, managing team-building activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Additionally, the HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for organizational development, employee engagement initiatives, and handling operational functions related to office management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Proficiency in Organizational Development and Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Ability to develop and implement HR Strategies and Scalable HR Practices
• Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT Service industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
