Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to take charge of end-to-end HR responsibilities and daily operations. The role involves handling recruitment, attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, employee records, travel bookings, and policy drafting, along with supporting logistics, vendor coordination, reporting, and office management. You will work closely with the director and various teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR generalist tasks – hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, salary inputs, and employee records. Check employee reimbursements (including petrol bills) and manage travel arrangements for employees and management. Draft HR policies , ensure discipline , and assist in improving internal systems and processes as the company evolves. Coordinate with vendors for timely bill payments and assist with logistics as needed. Follow up on recoveries , and work closely with accounts, sales, and other teams when required. Collect and manage sales reports and team updates regularly. Maintain office supplies, stationery, courier/post, and documentation . Work directly with the director , supporting daily operations and cross-functional coordination. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and operations. Must be tech-savvy and able to coordinate with all departments efficiently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills . Prior experience in dry fruits or FMCG is an added advantage. Should be a self-starter , ready to take ownership and multitask in a fast-paced environment . Job Details: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement and paid leaves Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Vendor management: 3 years (Preferred) Recruitment: 5 years (Required) Administrative: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
