HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager Location: Sector 45 Gurgaon Company: DesDose LLP Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources operations. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who can drive HR strategy, foster a positive work culture, and ensure smooth administrative functioning. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Handle payroll coordination and leave management. Manage day-to-day HR administration and documentation. Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and lead hiring initiatives. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for staffing needs. Build pipelines for future hiring requirements. Employee Engagement & Development: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Oversee performance review cycles and appraisals. Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs. Handle grievances and disciplinary actions fairly and effectively. Vendor & Facility Coordination: Manage office vendors, service contracts, and facility operations as needed. Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and efficient resource use. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS tools, and recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualities: High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, growing organization. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
