The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy

    : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Job Postings

    : Create and manage job postings across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Candidate Sourcing

    : Utilize various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing

    : Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates for fit with the company culture and job requirements.
  • Collaboration with Departments

    : Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Candidate Experience

    : Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Onboarding

    : Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

    : Timeliness and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Quality of Hire

    : Measure the performance and retention rates of new hires.
