Overview:

We’re hiring an HR Manager to lead and implement people strategies across our West Africa operations. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who can align regional HR initiatives with business objectives, drive talent development, foster a performance-driven culture, and support organizational growth including M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to regional leadership.
• Translate business goals into HR initiatives across performance management, talent development, and compensation.
• Champion talent retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Support M&A activities—due diligence, integration, and org design.
• Provide expertise in employee/labor relations and union negotiations.
• Monitor and report HR metrics to assess initiative effectiveness and cost control.
• Drive adoption of HR systems and support HR transformation.
• Build inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in a regional HR leadership role, preferably in sales-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of sub-Saharan HR regulations and cultural dynamics.
• Experience in M&A-related HR processes and HR start-ups.
• Sector experience in pharma, FMCG, or healthcare preferred.
• Skilled in strategic consulting, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
