HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist (0–2 Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities in our dynamic IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting talent, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for IT and business roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Plan and support drive/campus hiring and bulk recruitment
• Execute onboarding processes, including joining formalities and induction
• Manage offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with policies
• Handle employee queries and daily HR operations

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Recruitment (IT and Non-IT roles)
• Interview scheduling and drive coordination
• Onboarding and offboarding processes
• Documentation management and HR compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• 1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist or in Recruitment within IT or related industries
