HR & Admin Executive   📍 Location: Banashankari Stage III, Bangalore | 🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: Elevator Manufacturing & Services | Type: Full-time   Drive People Excellence at a Company That Lifts People – Literally! We are a growing Elevator Company based in Bangalore, known for quality installations, responsive service, and a strong customer focus. We’re looking for a committed HR & Admin Executive to join our team and contribute to building a strong people-first culture while ensuring efficient administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:   Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. Conduct seamless onboarding and induction processes to ensure early engagement.   HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases. Process payroll inputs and manage attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.). Coordinate performance management processes – including job descriptions, KPIs, and periodic reviews.   Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for technicians and field teams to resolve concerns and maintain morale. Support leadership in running recognition and reward programs. Handle disciplinary and grievance matters with objectivity and adherence to statutory norms.   General Administration Oversee office administration including housekeeping, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, especially for field staff and service technicians. What we’re looking For:   Graduation in any discipline; Diploma |Degree in HR preferred. 3–5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in a field-service or technical setup. Strong understanding of statutory labour laws and HR best practices. Ability to engage with blue-collar and field teams effectively.
