.Position Duties & Responsibilities
1. Daily Attendance Management:
- Monitor and record daily staff attendance.
- Report attendance records to the director.
2. Recruitment:
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
3. Onboarding:
- Handle new joiners' onboarding processes, including arranging accommodations (hostels, beds, etc.).
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
4. File Maintenance:
- Maintain and update personal files of doctors.
- Prepare and manage attendance registers for doctors, staff, and trainees.
5. Payroll Management:
- Prepare payroll for all employees.
- Calculate doctors' salaries and applicable deductions.
- Perform ESI and PF calculations and ensure monthly filings.
- Prepare and file professional tax documents.
6. Additional Financial Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process overtime salaries.
- Update increment lists as needed.
7. Documentation:
- Prepare ID cards for all employees.
- Issue experience certificates, salary slips, and other necessary documents.
8. Communication:
- Address day-to-day phone call queries from staff and external contacts.
- Provide a monthly report to the director regarding staff joining's and resignations.
9. Daily Operations:
- Handle day-to-day queries and provide necessary information.
- Support in maintaining smooth HR operations
Qualification : MBA HR
Preferred : Female Candidates within Palakkad district.
