Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and responsible HR Executive who can independently handle end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance tracking, payroll calculation, and exit formalities. You will play a key role in shaping and growing the team and culture of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Employee Engagement & Monitoring: Maintain employee records and monitor daily attendance and performance. Address employee queries, ensure high levels of motivation, and resolve grievances. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance. Payroll & Salary Management: Calculate monthly salaries, leaves, deductions, and prepare salary slips. Coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement of salaries. Exit & Final Settlement: Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and complete full and final settlements. Ensure proper handover and clearance of company property or data. HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of all HR-related processes. Prepare and share HR reports with the management as required. Workplace Culture & Growth: Play an active role in strengthening workplace culture and processes. Assist in creating a productive and positive work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus.
