Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires expertise in hiring through diverse channels, managing employee lifecycle processes, and supporting office administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through professional sites, social media platforms, hiring agencies, networking, campus placements, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to finalize selections. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs. Manage employee entry and exit formalities, including clearance and handover processes. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. 3. HR Operations & Administration: Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. 4. Office Administration: Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and oversee administrative functions. Organize and support office events, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain records and ensure timely reporting of administrative activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices. Familiarity with sourcing tools, professional networks, and hiring platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. Experience in campus recruitment and partnerships with educational institutions. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
