Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires expertise in hiring through diverse channels, managing employee lifecycle processes, and supporting office administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  Source candidates through professional sites, social media platforms, hiring agencies, networking, campus placements, and other channels.  Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to finalize selections. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management:  Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.  Manage employee entry and exit formalities, including clearance and handover processes.  Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. 3. HR Operations & Administration:  Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.  Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.  Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. 4. Office Administration:  Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and oversee administrative functions.  Organize and support office events, meetings, and training sessions.  Maintain records and ensure timely reporting of administrative activities. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.  Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.  Familiarity with sourcing tools, professional networks, and hiring platforms.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills:  Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.  Experience in campus recruitment and partnerships with educational institutions.  Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
