HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage both UK and Indian HR operations. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and payroll coordination, while ensuring HR policies and procedures align with both Indian and UK standards. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates in both India and the UK. Manage job postings, candidate communication, and offer letters. Conduct employee onboarding and induction for both regions. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documents. Handle attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance for India and assist UK payroll coordination. Policy & Compliance Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indian labour laws and assist in adhering to UK HR practices. Assist in audits, policy documentation, and regulatory filings. Employee Engagement & Relations Address employee queries, grievances, and support performance management. Organize internal events, surveys, and engagement activities. Requirements: MBA in HR or related discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software. 1 year work experience Preferred Skills: Experience with UK recruitment or HR compliance is an added advantage. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Flexible to work with international time zones when required.
