HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with the fast-paced and creative environment of a digital agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source and screen candidates for marketing, creative, and technical roles
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Handle offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding processes
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

2. HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, performance)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly payouts

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Foster a positive and engaging work culture
• Organize monthly team-building activities and internal events
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally

4. Performance & Appraisals

• Support department heads with setting KPIs and tracking employee performance
• Facilitate periodic reviews and performance discussions
• Help in implementing incentive and recognition programs

5. Policy & Compliance

• Develop and enforce company policies and HR procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
• Ensure smooth execution of disciplinary processes if required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (agency or creative environment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws (if based in UAE)
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Organized, proactive, and people-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
