Job Description

Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our growing Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in core HR functions and be passionate about supporting the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and offboarding.

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll coordination, and benefits.
Assist in coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
Support HR Manager/Team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Good understanding of HR operations and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
