Achieve sales targets and complete all related objectives as outlined by the Management.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans with approval from the Director of Sales, while fostering strong client relationships within the designated region or segment.
Identify and understand client needs through regular communication including calls, meetings, and visits, ensuring effective lead conversion into confirmed business.
Prepare and present customized quotations, draft and dispatch contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
Conduct hotel site inspections for potential clients and manage reservations for guest rooms, banquets, and event spaces.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments by sharing work orders and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated client records, sharing relevant feedback and insights with the hotel management team.
Propose alternate properties within the hotel group when suitable, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by providing market and competitor insights.
Stay informed on competitor offerings, ongoing promotions, and key market movements, relaying important information to senior leadership.
Guide, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve collective performance goals while ensuring close collaboration with operations and banquet departments.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, budgeting processes, and promotional initiatives to enhance visibility and revenue.
Plan and execute client engagement activities, team-building events, and analyze source markets to identify new business opportunities.
Carry out additional duties and special assignments as directed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to evolving business needs.
