Job Description

SUMMARY

Sales Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement sales strategies to attain sales targets.
Supervise and guide the sales team, establishing and tracking sales objectives.
Analyze sales data to recognize patterns and opportunities.
Generate regular sales reports for management.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
Identify target audience and market trends.
Supervise the development of brand strategies to enhance market presence.
Create and supervise content for advertisements, social media, and promotional materials.
Monitor and manage project expenditures within approved budgets.

Requirements

10 experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Availability to travel as needed
