Job Title- Sales Head in reputed Real Estate Companies Salary- 40 - 60L Location/Base- Pune Department - Sales Reporting to- Director Qualification- Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing Experience - 15 + years of experience in reputed Real Estate Companies Job Purpose / Summary Skills of corporate and commercial sales will be an added advantage. Would be responsible for pre-sales (Marketing) and post-sales (customer care) activities. To implement the sales strategy and achieve the annual sales targets. To build Relationships with key customers and effectively handle the Sales Force. Responsibilities and Duties • Handling Sales to generate maximum business for residential projects. • Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets. • Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of sales. • Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. • Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies. • Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing based on customer requirements for products and services and project revenue needs. • Establish sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements. • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
