Role Overview

Head of Sales & Business Development


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pitch to new clients – architects, builders, hotels, offices, and more.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to deliver projects smoothly.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of sales/business development experience (lighting or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience dealing with project-based sales.
  • Ability to build relationships and networks within the industry.
