Tracknovate Mobile Resource Management provides GPS vehicle tracking solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of freight transport through fleet monitoring and tracking.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Fuel Sensor Hardware Support Manager. This role involves leading the service and support team specializing in vehicle telematics and fuel sensor hardware solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to fuel sensor installations, calibrations, and troubleshooting, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure fuel sensor systems are compatible and perform optimally.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on service metrics specific to fuel sensors, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support for diagnosing and resolving complex fuel sensor hardware issues.
• Develop and implement training programs to increase team knowledge and improve service quality.
• Work closely with product development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements for fuel sensor technology.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies during installations and maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their operational needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical support or service management, with at least 2 years focused on fuel sensors or related telematics hardware.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
