(Willingness to travel across PAN India) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Hardware IT Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving hardware-related issues, and ensuring optimal system functionality for our clients across India. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment. Guide users through product features and assist with configuration and setup. Simulate user scenarios to diagnose and document hardware and system problems. Maintain detailed records of technical issues and customer interactions. Track and manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up. Communicate customer feedback and hardware improvement suggestions to internal teams. Notify users about firmware updates, feature changes, and system upgrades. Support in the training and mentoring of new technical support staff. Maintain and utilize basic knowledge of MySQL/SQL databases to support issue resolution. Travel to customer sites across India for hardware installation, troubleshooting, or repair services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware or IT support roles. Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and basic database systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required for onsite support.
