Job Description

key Responsibilities : Training & Instruction: Deliver engaging, practical, and up-to-date training sessions in graphic design, multimedia, and animation. Teach design principles (typography, color theory, composition, branding). Train learners in software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Corel DRAW, Autodesk Maya, Blender, etc. Instruct in animation fundamentals: 2D, 3D, motion graphics, and video editing. Conduct workshops, live demos, and hands-on exercises. Curriculum Development: Design or enhance course content, lesson plans, and training material. Assessment & Mentorship: Evaluate student progress through projects, tests, and practical assessments. Administration & Reporting: Maintain attendance and performance records. Provide reports and feedback to the training manager or academic department. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in the design or animation industry. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and animation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to teach diverse groups and adapt to various learning styles.
