Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Sales Support:o Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities by prospecting leads and reaching out to potential clients.o Help in managing inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads.Client Interaction:o Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide information on our offerings, and support sales teams in closing deals.Data Analysis and Reporting:o Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.Collaboration with Teams:o Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.Customer Relationship Management:o Help maintain relationships with clients by providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications:Education: Graduation pursuing in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.Sales and Negotiation: Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams. Benefit: 5000/- INR In Hand stipend per month.
