Job Description The Entry Engineer is responsible for assisting in the design and development of Water and Wastewater Treatment Products. This role involves working under the guidance of experienced engineers, conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the optimization of production processes. Academic And General Requirements BE., / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Interest to build a career in Mechanical design, working on 3D modelling, preparation of detail drawings, bill of materials etc., using the 3D software, Autodesk Inventor. Responsibilities Create CAD Drawings and 3D models of Engineered Products, including overall layout, General Arrangement, Assembly and Fabrication Drawings (for Sheet metal & Structural) for each projectDesign of Primary and Secondary Clarifier Product by referring Proposal Document, Civil Drawing, Client GA, Site Mark-up DocumentCreate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemUpdate the Model / GA Drawing based on the Mark-up Comments.Create and update the database for the executed Job including Drawings generated for future referenceModify and Improve the Modeling process in existing approach to reduce the Modeling Time.Provide timely communications to significant issues.Collaborate with Project Engineers to address technical decision, coordinate work and execute product development planTake direction from Team Lead / Manager to performContributes as a team member in the development of projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe and professional mannerEnsuring the Quality of the Design and Services Professional Requirements Fresh Engineering Graduates are eligible to apply.If experienced, then few months to a maximum of 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D CAD using Autodesk Inventor. Exposure in AutoCAD and Solidworks will be an added advantage but not a must.Candidates who have worked in Water Treatment Industries, Effluent Treatment Plant are preferableExperienced in Preparing 2D GA drawing of Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle), Secondary Clarifier (Circle), Thickeners, Orbals.Experienced in designing of structural components like Pier assemblies, Cage assemblies, Truss assemblies, Platform assemblies etc,, Tank weldment assemblies for Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle), Secondary Clarifier (Circle), Thickeners, OrbalsExposure to MS Office package for preparing necessary documents, excel files and ppt’s will be an advantage.Experience in working with international teams towards engineering design will be an advantage.Good communication skills to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / self-driven to meet the commitments / goals.
