Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our dynamic team. As a GET, you will undergo training to gain hands-on experience and develop core engineering skills in your field. This role is designed to help you transition from an academic environment to a professional workplace, contributing to real-time projects and technical operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects. Work closely with senior engineers and managers to support daily tasks and long-term objectives. Participate in training sessions to develop technical, analytical, and soft skills. Analyze data, prepare reports, and document engineering activities and outcomes. Learn and apply industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, design, R&D, and quality control. Keep up-to-date with emerging engineering trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics. 0-2 years’ experience. Recent graduate or final year student with strong academic performance. Basic knowledge of engineering principles and software tools (e.g., arudino,MP-LAB,ARM,STM,Kicad,Altium and basic circuit knowledge). Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Flexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
