Role & responsibilities Learning quality control procedures: Familiarizing themselves with the company's quality management system, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection protocols, and quality metrics. Performing basic quality checks: Conducting inspections on products during production, identifying defects, and documenting non-conformances. Data collection and analysis: Gathering data on quality issues, analyzing trends, and reporting findings to relevant teams. Supporting quality improvement initiatives: Participating in projects to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality. Document review and creation: Reviewing quality documentation, creating test reports, and maintaining quality records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Working with manufacturing teams, engineers, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
