Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Specialist with a strong background in implementing and optimizing cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks, with hands-on experience in Python and cloud-based AI services like AWS Bedrock and SageMaker. Experience with fine-tuning models is a plus. Join our dynamic team to develop, deploy, and enhance AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI models leveraging AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Build and deploy AI-driven agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Optimize machine learning pipelines and workflows for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Conduct fine-tuning and customization of generative AI models (good to have).
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI systems.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker for AI model deployment.
• Knowledge of AI and ML workflows, including model optimization and scalability.
• Understanding of APIs, data integration, and AI-driven task automation.
  

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Experience with fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and services beyond AWS (e.g., GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of advanced NLP and transformer-based architectures.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with a focus on generative models.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.
