About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, Redux- Toolkit, Tailwind CSS and SQL/PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, creating efficient and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both client-side and server-side applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with SQL and PostgreSQL databases: design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Follow best practices for code management (Git), testing, and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Good understanding of MongoDB, SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration techniques
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of deployment on platforms like Heroku, Vencel, AWS, or Digital Ocean (preferred)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with authentication frameworks (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud-based development (AWS, GCP)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
