Frontend Engineer

Role Description:

The Software Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, coding, and testing of multiple components of application code across one or more clients. This role encompasses performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure high-quality software

Job Summary:

The Software Engineer will play a key role in the software development lifecycle, contributing to projects across various clients. The successful candidate will analyze requirements, design robust solutions, develop efficient code, and conduct thorough testing. This individual will be expected to maintain and enhance existing applications, as well as develop new ones, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance and leadership to the team.
• Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, contributing to key strategic and technical decisions.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, both within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Java Full Stack Development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices among team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug application code to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Adhere to established coding standards and best practices, contributing to the development and maintenance of these standards.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve solutions and processes.
• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.

Additional Requirements:

• Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Compensation: Up to ₹24-28 Lakhs per Annum with benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹327,099.34 - ₹1,515,538.61 per year
