Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer with 3+ years of experience in crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to bring user experiences to life, while ensuring best practices in performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality user interfaces and experiences using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Implement responsive design and ensure mobile-first usability across browsers and devices
• Integrate state management solutions such as Redux for smooth and scalable UI functionality
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into clean code
• Build interactive features and visualizations that enhance usability
• Maintain accessibility standards and ensure compliance with WCAG guidelines
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and streamline data flows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and front-end architecture
• Hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries
• Knowledge of responsive design, browser debugging, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and modern development best practices
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile, fast-paced product teams
• Familiarity with component libraries like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS
• Exposure to testing frameworks for front-end (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
