About the Role

Front-End Engineer

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on clean architecture, enjoys solving complex challenges, and values performance, scalability, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).


What You’ll Do

  • Convert

    Figma designs

    into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI components.
  • Build and maintain

    modular, performant React apps

    using

    MFEs

    and

    AppKit

    in a monorepo (Nx) setup.
  • Lead or support end-to-end

    feature development

    : architecture, performance, testing, telemetry, and long-term scalability.
  • Participate in

    refinement and sprint planning

    to align closely with product needs and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Conduct

    code reviews

    , mentor peers, and uphold high standards for code quality and best practices.
  • Engage in

    architectural discussions

    , contributing to long-term technical direction.
  • Ensure production-readiness using

    logging, monitoring, and telemetry tools

    like

    DataDog

    .
  • Write

    unit, integration, and e2e tests

    to drive automation and stability.
  • Contribute to

    shared component libraries

    to maintain consistency across the UI ecosystem.


Mandatory Skills & Experience

✅ 5–8+ years of front-end engineering experience in scaled environments

GraphQL

Redux

Micro Frontends

Figma

Nx monorepos

✅ Excellent communicator and a proactive problem-solver
