About the Rol

eAs a Front Desk Executive, you will be the face of WeWork India, playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to our members and visitors. This role blends front desk operations, community engagement, and digital support to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the workspace. You'll be part of a vibrant team that supports collaboration and fosters a welcoming environment for all


.Roles and Responsibilitie

s:Front Desk Managemen

  • t:Greet members, guests, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitu
  • deHandle inquiries and provide information about WeWork services and ameniti
  • esManage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or departme

ntCommunity Bar Operation

  • s:Oversee the Community bar, ensuring it is well-stocked and organiz
  • edAssist members with coffee and beverage services, maintaining a clean and inviting spa
  • ceFoster a social and collaborative atmosphere at the Community b

arKeycard Activation and Access Contro

  • l:Activate keycards for new members and ensure proper access contr
  • olTroubleshoot and address any keycard-related issues prompt
  • lyCollaborate with the technology team to manage digital products check-

inCheck-in and Guest Managemen

  • t:Manage the check-in process for members and gues
  • tsEnsure accurate recording of guest information and purpose of vis
  • itCoordinate with the security team to monitor and authorize entry of visito

rsDigital Product Suppor

  • t:Assist members with the use of digital products, including mobile apps and workspace technolo
  • gyProvide basic troubleshooting for common technical issu
