Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling computer-based tasks, preparing offers/proposals, and coordinating between clients and vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:Computer-Based Tasks: Data entry, managing spreadsheets, updating CRM systems, and preparing documents. Making Offers/Proposals: Drafting and sending quotes, contracts, and service agreements to clients. Client Coordination: Communicating with clients via email, phone, or chat to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Vendor Coordination: Liaising with vendors to negotiate terms, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Order Processing: Managing purchase orders, invoices, and ensuring smooth transactions between clients and vendors. Problem-Solving: Resolving issues related to orders, payments, or service delivery efficiently. Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in sales support, customer service, or vendor management is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Rep, Vendor Manager).
