Fresher engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) who will undergo structured training and work under the guidance of senior engineers in various engineering and plant functions including operations, maintenance, quality, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical GET:

• Assist in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Support production and utility departments in daily operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Participate in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance activities.

Electrical GET:

• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Assist in power distribution monitoring, PLC panels, drives, and automation systems.
• Ensure safety compliance in electrical operations.
• Maintain reports for load, breakdowns, and preventive checks.

Instrumentation GET:

• Assist in calibration, testing, and installation of instrumentation equipment (sensors, transmitters, PLCs, SCADA).
• Monitor process parameters and maintain instrument logbooks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations team for process control support.
• Understand P&IDs and loop diagrams.

Common Responsibilities:

• Attend and complete on-the-job and classroom training sessions.
• Participate in shift operations, audits, and plant inspections.
• Learn and implement company SOPs and safety standards.
• Report to senior engineers or team leads as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of core subject (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, PLC, SCADA, or relevant software (as per domain).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork attitude.
• Willing to work in shifts and industrial environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
• Eagerness to build a career in the engineering/manufacturing domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
