Role Description We are seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer who can deliver hands-on, project-based training in modern data engineering and analytics tools. The ideal candidate should have real-world implementation experience and the ability to coach learners using practical use cases and end-to-end projects. Tools & Technologies to Cover ETL & Data Pipelines : AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow Cloud Data Warehousing : Amazon Redshift Big Data & Processing : Databricks, PySpark Programming & Querying : Python, SQL Data Visualization : Power BI Key Responsibilities Design and deliver live training sessions (online) with real-time hands-on labs. Provide end-to-end project-based assignments to simulate real-world scenarios. Prepare training materials, datasets, and project documentation. Mentor and guide trainees through concepts, use cases, and problem-solving techniques. Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback. Required Experience & Skills 4+ years of industry experience in data engineering or analytics. Strong proficiency with the listed tools and platforms. Prior experience in delivering technical training or corporate upskilling programs. Ability to create and explain real-life project use cases. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Good to Have Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Certifications in AWS, Azure, or related technologies. Prior experience with freelance or online coaching platforms.
