In this role, you will leverage your expertise in candidate sourcing and screening to support diverse hiring needs. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with high-caliber professionals, ensuring the optimal match for client needs.Role & Responsibilities
  • Source and attract potential candidates using various digital platforms, social media channels, and professional networks.
  • Review and screen candidate applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating client demands.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to support future hiring initiatives.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and CRM systems to accurately track candidate progress and report on key metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a freelance or remote setting.
  • Must-Have: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence candidates.
  • Must-Have: Strong digital literacy and proficiency with social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for recruitment.
  • Preferred: Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Experience working with diverse industries and understanding varied hiring needs.
