Flexing It has partnered with One of our clients a global leader in light and sustainable construction material manufacturing is looking to engage with a Transformation Program Manager (Data & Analytics).Some key responsibilities are listed below -Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to boost satisfaction, reduce attrition, and foster a positive work environment.Operating Model Optimization: Define scalable delivery models, clarify roles, and enhance team productivity through agile frameworks.Talent Development: Design mentorship, coaching, and training programs to support career growth and leadership development.Workforce Planning: Optimize team structure, lead succession planning, and align talent capabilities with business needs.Change Management: Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and culture through clear communication and stakeholder alignment.D&A Transition Support: Enable successful transition and setup of D&A teams in India by aligning global practices and collaborating with European stakeholders. Skills RequiredProven experience managing large-scale transformation programsFamiliarity with Data & Analytics tools, platforms, and best practicesStrong leadership, communication, and storytelling skillsExpertise in team structuring, mentorship, and succession planningExperience working with global stakeholders, especially across EuropePrior experience in setting up or scaling teams in IndiaChange Management Certification (preferred)Data-driven decision-making using performance and engagement metricsFamiliarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks
