Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic *Franchise Manager* to drive our expansion plans. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for connecting with potential investors, setting up meetings, presenting the franchise model, and finalizing new franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective franchise investors from the provided leads.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential franchisees.

- Present the Kiwi Premium Ice Cream franchise opportunity professionally and persuasively.

- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the entire franchise onboarding process.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for franchise sign-ups.

- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth handover and support of new franchise partners.

- Provide regular updates and reports on progress and pipeline status.

- Represent the brand at expos, seminars, and other franchise-related events (if needed).

Requirements:

- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field (ice cream/F&B industry ).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.(English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam)

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
