Flutter Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• App Development & Maintenance: Build and support cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with design and product teams to define and implement application features.
• Code Excellence: Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code to deliver high-performing and responsive apps.
• Troubleshooting: Detect and resolve bugs, as well as performance issues within the application.
• Code Review Process: Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter-based mobile app development.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong command of the Dart programming language.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs to integrate backend services.
• Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
• Development Methodologies: Understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows.
• Lifecycle Knowledge: Clear grasp of the entire mobile application development process.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Team Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Tools: Experience with other mobile technologies like React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Cloud Integration: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Firebase or AWS.
• Design Awareness: Basic understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) best practices.
• App Deployment: Familiarity with publishing apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
