Your Wholesome Role As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our fleet operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of meals to our customers. What We Desire from You Experience: Previous experience in fleet management or logistics, preferably within the e-commerce sector. Skills: · Relationship Management: Ability to maintain strong relationships with Delivery Executives (DEs). · Leadership: Experience in leading and managing delivery teams for excellent customer experiences. · Goal-Oriented: Proficient in setting and achieving specific operational goals. · Recruitment & Management: Skills in recruiting and overseeing delivery executives while fostering a positive work environment. · Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor service levels, including fraud and quality metrics. · Issue Resolution: Capable of addressing DE payment escalations and resolving issues effectively. · Engagement Strategies : Expertise in re-engaging inactive riders through targeted initiatives. · Analytical Skills: Proficient in generating reports and performing analysis based on business needs. · Collaboration: Strong skills in working with the demand team to increase order volume.
