This job is provided by apna.co Job Title:Financial Operations Executive – FSA (Financial Statement Analysis) (Suggested alternatives: Finance Operations Analyst / MIS Executive – Financial Validation) Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type:Full-Time About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Executive to join our finance operations team. This role involves validating automated financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial statements and experience in stakeholder coordination and data validation. Qualifications:Preferred: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA or CA Inter Acceptable: Any graduate with relevant finance experience Experience:1 to 3 years of experience in finance-related roles Prior exposure to financial statement analysis, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination is highly preferred Key Responsibilities:Validate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Ratios) generated by internal tools Cross-check report data with source systems for completeness and accuracy Identify and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams Maintain accuracy and ensure timely delivery (TAT) of MIS and financial reports Assist in preparing internal reports for data validation and analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide clarifications Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all validation processes Support continuous improvement in reporting processes and accuracy Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting standards Familiarity with CAM/CMA will be an added advantage High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under strict timelines without compromising on quality Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Commitment to data confidentiality and integrity Traits & Work Style:Accuracy and detail-oriented mindset Organized and deadline-driven Team player with a proactive attitude Comfortable adapting to new tools and evolving processes Show more Show less
