  • We are hiring a Financial Controller for our Facilities Management (Maintenance) division, an integral part of Business Operations at Ashiana Housing Ltd & details are as below:
  • Job Role: - Financial Controller
  • Designation: - Manager
  • Location: Jaipur
  • How can you make an impact?
  • The core purpose is to ensure financial operations including robust financial and accounting/ internal controls and financial reporting which represents true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company.
  • Analyze trends, variances, and operational issues, delivering financial reports and actionable recommendations to management.
  • Adhere to Indian GAAP (Ind AS), company policies, and regulations, while coordinating statutory/Tax/Internal audits.
  • Review and analyze commercial arrangements from compliance, accounting and legal perspective
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and implementation on financial strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Shall be responsible for hiring, coaching & building a team and lead people with purpose.
  • What are we looking for
  • CA/Inter CA/ /master’s degree in Accounts with 7-10 yrs of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation.
  • Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.
  • Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated,
  • Believe in excellence and taking action quickly,
