Finance Specialist

Role Description

• Develop budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records; manage AP/AR
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and financial transactions
• Support policy implementation, audits, and internal controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide financial strategy
• Monitor cash flow, identify risks, and support investment decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus
• 3–7 years of finance experience
• Advanced skills in Excel; experience with ERP/finance systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High integrity and meticulous attention to detail
