Key Responsibilitie

• sManage the financial and management reporting for Indi
• aConversion to IFRS from local Indian Accounting Standards for group reportin
• gLead and coordinate the month end closing process, rolling forecasts, cash flow management and annual budge
• tReview monthly P&L and balance sheet schedules and explain variance
• sProvide business partnering support in terms of financial planning and analysis, monitoring of business results, managing and controlling OPEX budget, customer profitability analysis etc
• .Responsible for working capital management including AR collection and payment processing and control
• sEnsure accounting policies and procedures comply with legal and group policie
• sReview, implement and maintain an effective and robust internal controls system and ensure adherence to approval processe
• sDevelop and deliver ad hoc reports for business need
• sManage internal and external audit requirements, as well as ensure compliance with tax law
• sLiaise with external agents to ensure timely local statutory reporting and relevant tax reportin

tRequiremen

• tsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplin
• esProfessional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant preferr
• edAt least 7 years relevant experien
• ceWorking experience in a multinational company environment, with the ability to operate in diverse cultur
• esExperience in leading a team and a good team play
• erStrong verbal and written communication skills in Engli
