Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  financial models

  for HAM, BOT, and PPP projects
• Oversee

  project budgeting

  , cost control, and cash flow forecasting
• Liaise with

• Monitor

  concession agreements

• Prepare and present

  MIS reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in

  HAM/BOT/PPP financial structuring and execution

• Strong understanding of

  project finance

  , concession frameworks, and annuity mechanisms
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems

  and advanced Excel-based financial modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with

  RERA, Ind AS

  , and infrastructure-specific regulatory frameworks
