Finance Manager

As a member of the Center of Excellence (COE) FP&A team in India, your role will involve collaborating with business owners, finance teams, FP&A teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Your success in this position depends on your ability to partner with and influence business owners, facilitate informed decision-making in a dynamic business environment, and deliver results that drive improvements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and assisting in multi-year budgets, monthly forecasts, and headcount planning in the SAP BPC system. You will conduct detailed research on cost center variances and the drivers causing these variances. Additionally, you will drive automation projects to enhance forecast efficiency and deliver month/quarter close activities and reporting. Utilizing your solid financial knowledge and business acumen, you will build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that identify key business risks and opportunities. You will provide concise and accurate analysis and data insights to stakeholders and business unit partners, as well as perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation and collaborate with the Corporate FP&A team and other cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will be involved in capital planning, depreciation forecasting, building financial models for capex planning, MIS reporting, publishing various dashboards to stakeholders, supporting ad hoc business reporting requirements, and developing financial, scenarios, and predictive financial models. You will also participate in Corporate-driven projects/initiatives. Qualifications & Key Skills: - Professional Qualification: CA/CMA/CPA - 12+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, analytics, preferably in a leading high-tech company - Self-starter with a positive attitude who can deliver under minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis experience - Proficiency in BPC Forecasting tool, SAP, SAP BPC, SAP BW - Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a dynamic environment - Sound analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (data models, advanced functions, etc.), as well as proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Python - Excellent presentation skills for working with peers and various levels of management - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in shifts to facilitate interaction with teams in different time zones You should possess good organizational and planning skills, be detail-oriented, able to multitask, solve problems analytically, and effectively engage with individuals at different management levels and with varying personality styles.,
